Room noise was bothersome due to proximity to the restaurant. sometimes it felt like conversations were right next to us.

The stay in the junior suite was a delight with its beautiful terrace offering breathtaking views. A highlight was the outstanding bar, perfect for watching sunset, and the delectable freshly baked pastries that made mornings special. However, the sound insulation could have been better. noise from adjacent rooms slightly disrupted the tranquility. Additionally, while the décor is stunning, some areas felt a bit cramped, especially around the pool. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions.

I was totally captivated by the fine views from my private rooftop deck-seriously, you need to see them to believe them! The infinity pool was a dream, perfect for lounging under the sun while soaking in the picturesque hillside. And don’t get me started on the food. Every bite was a celebration of flavors that made my taste buds dance!

The Wifi was poor and only worked about half the time during our stay.

I appreciated the beautiful décor and the spacious Master Suite with Two Double Beds, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the room service phone didn't work, requiring me to walk to the restaurant to order meals, which was inconvenient. For a better experience, a functioning room service option would be beneficial.

The location was perfect for exploring the historical city center, just a short walk to local attractions like the University of Guanajuato and the Alley of the Kiss. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, featuring a lovely terrace that offered stunning views of the city. I particularly enjoyed the saltwater pool for a refreshing dip in the morning. However, service could be improved, as the reception staff seemed more focused on their phones than on assisting guests.

I experienced an uncomfortable moment when I entered with a wet umbrella, and the receptionist ignored my question about where to put it. It made me feel unwelcome, and it seemed like the hotel missed an opportunity to promote their amenities.
